You'll be part of a home where young people with social, emotional and mental health needs get their childhood back. The nights are quieter than days, but they're also deeply real - a young person upset at 3am, someone dealing with severe trauma, a kid who just needs to know someone trustworthy is there. You become that person. The rapport you build, the understanding you show, the presence you offer - it matters in ways most jobs never will

You get a full 4-week induction through their Care Academy, working alongside experienced professionals who'll make sure you feel genuinely confident before you're supporting young people alone. What you will be doing
- Be there for young people through the night - supporting those dealing with trauma, illness, emotional distress or sleep difficulties, and building trust in their most vulnerable moments
- Provide consistent, calm presence during quieter periods and respond quickly when a young person needs you - whether that's practical help or just being someone they can talk to
- Keep the home running smoothly overnight - paperwork, cleaning, laundry and maintaining a safe, clean environment so young people wake up to a home that's cared for
- Contribute to each young person's wellbeing plan by understanding their individual needs and personality, and helping guide them towards positive futures
- Work as part of a wider team, communicating clearly with day staff about any concerns or incidents so continuity of care is seamless
