What you will be doing
- Monitor the individuals during night hours to ensure their safety, wellbeing and peace of mind
- Provide hands-on support with night-time care routines and respond to any emergencies or incidents that arise
- Maintain a calm, secure and peaceful environment throughout the night, working independently with focus and attention to detail
- Assist with light domestic tasks as required, keeping communal areas tidy and clean
- Record incidents, changes in condition and all relevant information accurately to keep documentation complete and up to date
