Most night shifts in care feel isolating and undervalued, but this role is different. You'll work 9pm to 8:30am supporting up to 12 adults with acquired brain injuries in a home that genuinely prioritises your development and wellbeing. If you're looking for meaningful work where your nights actually count, keep reading

Picture yourself arriving at 9pm to a calm, settled environment where you're not just managing a rota but genuinely helping people reclaim their independence. The young adults here have complex needs from brain injuries, and your patient overnight support becomes the foundation they build their days on. You'll see real progress: someone learning to budget, another gaining confidence in personal care, a third discovering a hobby they thought they'd lost forever

You're not alone on nights here. The team believes in proper induction, proper training, and proper career progression. The provider invests in QCF qualifications that open doors beyond this role. They pay for your Enhanced DBS, they match your pension contributions up to 3%, and they actually mean it when they say they care about your wellbeing with their Employee Assistance Programme and Circle wellbeing hub

Working 35 hours across waking nights, you'll earn £14.05-£14.75 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications, plus 5.6 weeks of annual leave including bank holidays. You get a Blue Light Card for discounts across high street retailers and days out. Refer someone good? You and they split a £500 bonus when they complete probation. This isn't just a job. It's a place where your contribution is recognised and your future is invested in
