What you will be doing
- Monitor individuals throughout the night to ensure their safety and well-being, maintaining constant vigilance and attention to detail
- Provide hands-on support with night-time care routines and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that arise
- Create and maintain a calm, peaceful atmosphere that helps people feel secure, including light domestic tasks like tidying communal areas
- Record incidents accurately and document any changes in individuals' condition, ensuring meticulous record-keeping
- Work independently through the night shift with responsibility and reliability, using your judgement to support people with complex and challenging needs
