Most night shifts in care feel isolating and undervalued. You're awake when everyone else sleeps, doing vital work that rarely gets noticed. This is different: join a team that actually sees you, invests in your growth, and builds a real community around the work you do
Picture yourself settling into a waking night shift where you're genuinely making a difference. You're there during the quiet hours when support matters most - helping someone through a difficult night, being the steady presence they can rely on, building trust that carries into everything else. The young people you support know you're there for them, and that trust becomes the foundation of real progress
You're part of a team that doesn't just clock in and clock out. Your colleagues are people who chose this work because they care, and they show up for each other the same way they show up for the young people. Communication is real, decisions matter, and you're never left figuring things out alone. The home values you enough to invest in your development from day one - whether you're brand new to care or bringing experience, there's a clear path forward
What makes this different is how the organisation treats the people who do the work. Life insurance at 2 times your salary. Round-the-clock access to virtual GP appointments and mental health support through the Wisdom App. A structured rota that respects your life outside these walls, with genuine flexibility to pick up extra hours when you want them. Recognition schemes, refer-a-friend bonuses, and training that actually opens doors. This is what it looks like when a provider remembers that you matter too
