What you will be doing
- Deliver person-centred occupational therapy assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to each young person's goals
- Support individuals with sensory, physical, cognitive and emotional needs to maximise independence, participation and quality of life
- Develop specialist therapy programmes and recommendations, contributing to care planning and clinical reviews
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, providing advice and training to staff and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HCPC standards and professional requirements

- You're a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists
