What you will be doing
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy and hydrotherapy assessment and treatment to residents with complex physical needs including neurological, functional, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and respiratory conditions
- Provide clinical and operational leadership of physiotherapy services when the Lead Physiotherapist is absent, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Conduct physiotherapy and environmentally specific risk assessments, including moving and handling and hydrotherapy safety evaluations
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans that support residents' goals and wellbeing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services to meet the evolving needs of residents

Is this you?
- Are you registered with the Healthcare Professionals Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, with a degree in Physiotherapy?
- Do you hold a Hydrotherapy qualification or equivalent aquatic therapy training?
- Have you worked with older adults or clients with complex physical needs - neurological, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal or respiratory - and can demonstrate experience in assessment and treatment across these areas?
- Are you comfortable with person-centred care principles and have a clear understanding of the CSP professional code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines?
- Do you understand the legislative framework for working with adults with complex needs, such as the Mental Capacity Act?
