What you will be doing
- Assess and formulate therapeutic need for young people with complex presentations including autism, ADHD, developmental trauma and associated difficulties
- Deliver individualised therapeutic interventions and engagement plans, and guide the team in implementing them across school and residential settings
- Provide consultation, training and workshops to educational and residential staff so clinical thinking becomes embedded in how they work day to day
- Collaborate with the wider multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure your formulations inform every aspect of the young person's living and learning environment
