What you will be doing
- Deliver individualised speech and language therapy interventions based on thorough clinical assessment and formulation, tailored to each young person's complex needs
- Support and train educational and residential colleagues to embed your clinical thinking into their everyday practice, so therapy happens all day, not just in sessions
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary clinical formulation and decision-making, shaping how the home and school respond to each child
- Lead clinical development within your specialism, modelling best practice and helping the wider team understand the 'why' behind your approach
- Maintain detailed clinical records and communicate progress clearly to parents, professionals and the young people themselves

- You're HCPC registered as a Speech and Language Therapist with proven skills and real experience delivering therapy to children and young people with complex, multiple needs
