What you will be doing
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a manageable caseload of pupils with SEMH, learning disabilities and autism, using trauma-informed approaches
- Run 1:1 sessions, small group interventions and in-class support alongside teachers, tailoring your approach to each child's needs
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, attending briefings and team meetings, and contributing to holistic care plans
- Support and mentor less experienced therapists, and contribute to training and professional development across the team
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently during quieter periods or from home during school holidays

Is this you?
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC registration and RCSLT membership - you're properly qualified and you know your stuff
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and basic IT skills - nothing exotic required
- Full UK driving licence, as you'll occasionally travel between the two sites and offsite meetings
- A genuine commitment to trauma-informed practice and working with children who have complex communication, learning and neurodevelopmental needs
