What you will be doing
- Allocate shifts and manage the rota to keep the service running smoothly and fairly
- Induct new team members and conduct supervision and appraisals that help colleagues genuinely grow
- Develop and update care plans, ensuring the adults you support are progressing towards their independence goals
- Order and manage medication, support people to manage their finances, and handle the day-to-day operations alongside the manager
- Stay hands-on: provide direct support to the adults with acquired brain injury while leading your team

- Are you an experienced team leader or senior care worker already? We need someone who's done this before and knows what good looks like
- Do you hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent?
- Have you worked specifically with adults with acquired brain injury? That direct experience is what we're after

- Can you balance the admin and leadership side of the role with staying connected to the actual care work?
