The shift patterns are flexible within a clear rota (7.15am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm, or full days), with alternate weekends built in so you can plan your life. Full-time hours at £14 per hour, uniform provided, pension included, and the kind of workplace where your development actually matters
What you will be doing
- Lead the care and wellbeing of residents during your shifts, taking responsibility for ensuring their dignity, health and quality of life
- Dispense medication safely and support residents with personal care including bathing, dressing and continence care
- Supervise and support other care staff, guiding them and helping them deliver the standard of care this home is known for
- Keep detailed, accurate care records and help manage the administrative side of residential care
- Build genuine relationships with residents, helping them live as full and enjoyable a life as their health allows

Is this you?
- You've got at least a year in a lead, senior or supervisory role within residential care - this isn't your first time stepping up
- You're medication trained and confident managing the health and personal care needs of residents
- You're calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely interested in the people you support, not just the tasks
- You're ready to supervise other staff and help set the tone for how care gets delivered on your shift
- Nourish experience would be a real plus, though not essential
