What you will be doing
- Lead shifts and guide the team through your example, setting the tone for a nurturing, structured home
- Administer medication safely and manage health records with confidence
- Review and contribute to care plans and risk assessments, ensuring each child's needs are met
- Support personal care and independence skills as part of daily routines
- Help children access education, community activities and new experiences that build confidence and life skills

Is this you?
- You've got at least a year's solid experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader in residential childcare
- You're confident leading shifts and administering medication - it's second nature to you
- You have a genuine passion for improving children's lives and believe every young person deserves to thrive
- A Level 3 Diploma in childcare is desirable, as is direct experience with autism or complex needs
- You're someone who leads by example and can support and guide a team with warmth and professionalism
