Most Team Leader roles in adult care feel like admin work with a title bump. This one isn't. You'll lead a real team supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential home where your leadership directly shapes how people live, learn and thrive every single day. If you've got genuine supervisory experience in residential care and you want a role where management actually means something, this is it

Picture this: you arrive at the home and the team knows you've got their back. You're not just pushing paperwork. You're recruiting people who genuinely care, training them properly, and creating a culture where staff actually want to come to work. You step in as Deputy Manager when needed, handling the real leadership decisions that matter. The residents see a stable, confident team because you've built it that way

Your day moves between frontline care and leadership. You're supporting people with daily activities like washing and toileting, building real relationships that show residents they're valued. At the same time you're tracking their progress, keeping accurate records, and advocating fiercely for their well-being. You create a warm, secure environment where vulnerable adults can genuinely flourish. That's not small work

This service has decades of collective experience supporting adults with learning difficulties. They know that tailored, personalised care works.
