Most care roles ask you to do brilliant work on a shoestring, with little chance to grow or lead. This one is different: it's a permanent senior position where you'll build something real with a team that actually invests in you. If you're ready to step up and shape how young people experience residential care, this matters
Picture yourself at the heart of a home supporting 8-18 year olds who need stability, boundaries and someone who genuinely believes in them. You're not just reacting to crisis; you're building trusted relationships that help these young people find confidence, independence and hope. That's the work that stays with you
As a Senior, you'll lead from the front. You're mentoring and guiding your team through real challenges, modelling what good care looks like every single day. You're the person they come to when they're unsure, the one who steadies the ship when things get tough. That's leadership that means something
