What you will be doing
- Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing day-to-day guidance, support and mentoring that helps them grow in their role
- Deliver exceptional personal and social care during night shifts (7pm to 7am), actively fostering independence and well-being for every resident
- Use our electronic care platform to monitor and update personalised care plans, ensuring they're met to the highest standard
- Contribute to care planning and ongoing monitoring, flagging concerns and celebrating progress with the team
- Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants, helping them understand our values and embed them in their practice
- Prioritise tasks across the night, engage residents in their interests, and embody our culture of people caring about people in everything you do

Is this you?
- You've got proven experience as a Senior Carer and understand what it takes to lead a small team with warmth and clarity
- You hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or you're genuinely willing to achieve it and invest in your own development
- You're proficient in medication management and comfortable using electronic care systems
- You have excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to build trust with both residents and staff
- You're a night person who thrives on flexibility; you're happy working 7pm to 7am and can commit to regular night shifts with the option of bank hours too
- Your passion for outstanding care and supporting others is real, not rehearsed, and you genuinely want to make a difference in people's lives
