What you will be doing
- Plan and deliver personalised, high-quality teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex learning needs, communication differences and sensory processing needs
- Lead and guide Teaching Assistants, ensuring they understand your approach and can support pupils effectively
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals (SENCOs, therapists, external agencies) to track progress and adapt provision
- Set high expectations that inspire and motivate each pupil, adapting your teaching moment-by-moment to their strengths and needs
- Model the school's values and professional integrity, maintaining the Staff Code of Conduct and contributing to a safe, respectful, nurturing environment
- Share and disseminate good practice across the school, supporting colleagues to raise outcomes for all learners

Is this you?
- You hold QTS or QTLS - a genuine teacher with recognised qualification
- You have at least two years' experience working in a SEND environment, specialist unit or similar provision where you've supported pupils with complex needs
