What you will be doing
- Deliver engaging, personalised teaching tailored to each learner's individual needs, abilities and aspirations
- Support young people to develop independence, communication and life skills alongside academic outcomes
- Create a positive, structured and motivating learning environment where every learner can succeed
- Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists and families to plan and deliver person-centred learning
- Monitor, assess and celebrate learner progress, and contribute to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Help prepare young people for successful and fulfilling adult lives
