You'll be in the thick of it, supporting young adults aged 19-25 with complex learning needs to discover what they're truly capable of - and you'll see real progress happen every single day
Imagine a job where progress doesn't always look like an exam pass or a test score. Sometimes it's a young person communicating a choice for the first time. You'll work alongside teachers, therapists and other professionals in a specialist college nestled in 60 acres of peaceful countryside. No two days are the same: one moment you're supporting a learner 1:1 with a creative activity, the next you're out in the community helping someone build independence and life skills, or supporting with personal care delivered with genuine dignity and respect

What you will be doing
- Support young adults 1:1 and in small groups with their learning, communication and independence skills
- Help deliver creative, tailored lessons that are shaped around each person's individual needs and education plan
- Provide personal care and administer medication when needed - we give you full training for everything
- Create a positive classroom environment where diversity, respect and emotional wellbeing are valued
- Contribute to a collaborative team that spots progress, however small, and celebrates it properly
