Your job is to meet them where they are, work with the team to understand their needs through a trauma-informed lens, and help them build confidence and independence. You'll mark their work, have real conversations with their parents and carers, and actually see the progress happen because you've had time to plan lessons that fit

What you will be doing
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to small groups and individual students with SEMH and complex needs
- Prepare teaching materials, manage registers, and write detailed progress reports
- Support students to build confidence and independence through a trauma-informed approach
- Manage behaviour, mark work, and communicate regularly with parents and carers about their child's progress

Is this you?
- You hold QTS or QTLS - this is non-negotiable
- You have at least two years' proven experience working in a SEND environment or specialist provision
- You have a committed, passionate approach to teaching students with SEND
- You're ready to work collaboratively with a small team and model professional integrity
