What you will be doing
- Support teachers with planning and delivering meaningful learning activities tailored to pupils' individual needs
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to young people with ASD or SEMH, using trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches
- Help pupils with daily routines and personal care where needed, promoting emotional regulation and independence
- Build nurturing relationships with young people and their families, contributing to a consistent and inclusive environment
- Participate in off-site enrichment activities and trips, extending learning beyond the classroom
