What you will be doing
- Support pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to learn and develop their abilities throughout the school day
- Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver learning activities, adapting support based on individual needs
- Collaborate with therapists to provide coordinated, consistent support across the school environment
- Help raise young people's self-esteem and celebrate their progress, no matter how small
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive classroom where every pupil feels respected and valued
