What you will be doing
- Teach KS2/KS3 lessons to young people with autism and social, emotional and mental health needs, building lessons that relate to each pupil's strengths and interests
- Work closely with teaching assistants, in-house psychologists and therapy professionals to support individual pupil progress and well-being
- Help raise self-esteem and develop abilities, celebrating and building on every positive step forward
- Build and lead your department with enthusiasm and expertise, contributing to the development of this brand new school as it grows
