What you will be doing
- Deliver class-based learning support and activities tailored to individual young people's SEMH needs
- Provide 1-2-1 and small group mentoring, building trusting relationships and implementing bespoke programmes with the teaching team
- Support students in accessing learning within the classroom and out in the wider community
- Undertake and update specialist training as required to deepen your practice in trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic support
