What you will be doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet each pupil's individual needs and build their confidence and self-esteem
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your class and relate your subject in ways that make it relevant and meaningful to them
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and psychologists to support holistic development and wellbeing
- Lead and develop your subject area, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to build the department
- Celebrate and recognise the huge small victories - the moments of progress, engagement and growth that matter most to these young people
