What you will be doing
- Provide hands-on classroom support that makes lessons more engaging and inclusive for every pupil
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver activities and help groups of children who need extra attention
- Supervise students during lessons, activities and break times, keeping them safe and on task
- Help implement the learning plans and behaviour management strategies the teacher sets out
- Create a positive, supportive atmosphere where children feel confident to try, fail and learn
