What you will be doing
- Provide hands-on classroom support to the teacher and students, helping deliver lessons that work for all learners
- Support children with additional learning needs and challenging behaviour, including implementing personalised strategies that actually stick
- Help plan and deliver learning activities tailored to individual pupils, adapting on the fly when something isn't landing
- Collaborate with the teacher and wider team to build a safe, engaging classroom atmosphere where every child can access learning
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel known and supported
