What you will be doing
- Supporting pupils in lessons and delivering planned learning activities under the class teacher's direction, helping each child access the curriculum at their own level
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs, promoting both their learning and genuine independence
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress, contributing to the assessments that help teachers understand what each child needs next
- Supporting pupils' personal care, welfare, and health needs as required, with dignity and professionalism
- Preparing and organising learning resources and classroom environments so lessons can run smoothly and children have what they need to succeed
- Collaborating openly with teachers, other support staff, parents, and external agencies to make sure every child gets what they need to thrive

- You're willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check, and you hold a full UK driving licence if applicable?
