What you will be doing
- Support children with autism spectrum condition and complex communication needs in a bespoke, sensory-rich learning environment tailored to their development

- Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating space that promotes positive social and emotional development for early years and Year 1 learners
- Contribute actively to building an inclusive culture where each child's individual needs shape how the classroom works

Is this you?
- You have genuine experience working with children who have special educational needs, particularly autism spectrum condition
- You hold a recognised qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) that proves your competence
- You're committed to safeguarding and willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check because child safety is non-negotiable
- You communicate clearly and bring a genuinely compassionate approach to young learners, not just the words but the presence
