Your days will be spent planning and delivering personalised learning experiences that genuinely meet each pupil where they are, helping them develop confidence and independence through teaching that adapts to their strengths. You'll lead Teaching Assistants with clear guidance, work collaboratively with families and professionals who care as much as you do, and help disseminate good practice across the school. What you will be doing
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to pupils with communication differences, sensory processing needs and complex or severe learning needs
- Set high expectations that inspire, motivate and challenge students, adapting your approach to respond to individual strengths and needs
- Lead and guide Teaching Assistants, providing clear direction and modelling professional practice
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to support each child's progress and share good practice across the school

Is this you?
- Are you a qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS? (This is essential.)
- Do you have at least two years' experience working in a SEND environment or specialist unit?
