Most care jobs promise progression but deliver the same role year after year. This one is different: you'll start at up to £18 an hour with a clear, accelerated pathway to Deputy Manager built on what you already know. If you've got 1+ years of care experience and you're ready to step up, this could be the role that changes everything
You've already proved you can make a real difference with young people. You understand what works, what doesn't, and how to stay calm when things get tough. But you're tired of being overlooked. Here, your experience isn't just recognised in a nice email - it's recognised in your pay packet and written into your career plan from day one. Within reach is Deputy Manager level, with the skills and support to get there
This home invests in developing you beyond the shift rota. All your qualifications are funded, from Level 2 through to Level 5. You'll learn advanced crisis intervention techniques and specialised care approaches that build on what you already do well. You'll mentor newer staff, shape how the team works, and develop the management capabilities that open real doors in this sector
The culture here runs on CARE: Career and progression that actually happens, Accountability and leadership development in an environment that supports you, Recognition that your experience matters from day one, and Excellence that comes from building on your proven commitment. You're not starting over. You're accelerating
