You'll work flexibly across mornings, evenings and weekends, in a pattern we'll build around your life, not against it. Full-time or part-time, whatever suits you. The home visits are never the same twice: one call might be personal care and medication support, another companionship and meal prep, another supporting someone living with dementia. You're working independently in the community, making real decisions, building real relationships
New to care? Full training and shadowing shifts are paid and built in. Already experienced as a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant? Your skills are valued here, and you'll progress fast. What you will be doing
- Provide personal care, medication support and assistance with daily living in clients' own homes across Trafford and surrounding areas
- Prepare meals, offer companionship, and support clients living with dementia or other conditions to promote their independence and well-being
- Travel between client visits throughout the day, managing your own schedule and working independently in the community
- Build relationships with clients and their families, noticing what matters to them and adapting your approach to their needs
