What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day personal care and support to young people in the home, helping them with daily living skills and promoting their independence
- Offer companionship and emotional support, building trusting relationships that help the young people feel safe and cared for
- Support with meal preparation, medication routines, and health and wellbeing activities that keep everyone thriving
- Work flexibly across morning shifts, evening shifts, and weekend rota slots as required by the home
