The people you'll support need companionship, help with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, dementia care and assistance with daily living. You'll start with paid induction and training, shadow experienced carers until you're confident, and get support towards your Care Certificate. Whether you're brand new to care or you've worked as a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant before, there's a real pathway here. What you will be doing
- Provide high-quality personal care, medication support and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes across Trafford and surrounding areas
- Offer companionship, meal preparation, and dementia support tailored to each person's needs and preferences
- Travel between care visits throughout the day, building relationships with your regular clients and becoming a trusted part of their routine
- Work flexibly across morning shifts, evening shifts and weekend availability (typical calls from around 7 am onwards), adapting to the needs of your community

Is this you?
- You have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle for visiting clients in the community
- You're comfortable working independently, travelling between clients and managing your own time responsibly
- You're genuinely caring, patient, reliable and able to communicate clearly with vulnerable people and their families
- You have some experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Carer or Community Carer (though if you're new to care and have the right attitude, we'll train you properly)
