Most care jobs pay you only for the time you're in someone's home, leaving you unpaid while driving between visits. This role is different: you're paid for every minute, including your travel time between clients. If you're compassionate, reliable, and want flexibility that actually works around your life, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for

Imagine a care role where your work is genuinely valued. You'll support real people in their own homes, building relationships that matter. One day you might help someone regain confidence with personal care and daily living; the next you're providing companionship, preparing meals, or offering gentle dementia support. Every call is different, every person is different, and your presence genuinely changes someone's day

Here's what makes this different: you're paid for the work you actually do. That includes the 20-minute drive between Mrs Ahmed's house and Mr Patel's flat across town. Plus 35p per mile if you're driving. Full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, weekends - the shifts flex around you, not the other way round. And you're not starting alone: there's paid induction, shadowing, ongoing training, and a friendly local team who've got your back

Whether you've worked in care for years or you're completely new, this role has a genuine pathway. You'll get support towards your Care Certificate, continuous development, and real career progression. Many carers stay because they feel supported, valued, and know their work actually matters. That's rare. That's worth protecting

  • 35p per mile contribution for drivers, welcome bonus, and flexible shifts that fit around your life
