Most care jobs pay you only for the time you're actually with a client, which means your commute eats into your day and your wage. We're different: you'll be paid £14.24 per hour plus paid travel time between visits, plus 35p per mile, so every moment of your working day counts. If you're a reliable driver who genuinely wants to make a difference in people's homes, this could be the role that finally feels worth your time
This is community-based care where no two days are the same. You'll visit clients in their own homes across Trafford, providing personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation and help with daily living. You're not following a script in an institution; you're building real relationships with people who depend on you, and you'll see the direct impact of your care on their independence and wellbeing
Many of our team have stayed for years because they actually feel supported and valued. You'll get a paid induction, ongoing training including support towards your Care Certificate, shadow shifts to build your confidence, and a friendly local team that knows your name and has your back. Whether you're coming from years of care experience or you're completely new to it, we'll give you everything you need to do this well
The flexibility is real too. We work around your availability with morning shifts, evenings, weekends and part-time options, because we know life isn't nine to five. And because your travel time is paid, the mileage doesn't punish your earnings anymore
