What you will be doing
- Provide personal care, medication support and assistance with daily living to clients in their own homes across Trafford
- Prepare meals, offer companionship and promote independence and well-being tailored to each person's needs
- Travel between client visits throughout the day - and get paid for every minute of it
- Work independently and compassionately in the community, adapting to each client's individual circumstances and preferences

- You're flexible: happy to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends around care-call requirements
- You're genuinely caring and patient, with good communication skills and a positive approach to people
- You're comfortable working independently - and ideally, you're a driver with a full UK licence and access to a car (though walkers can be considered for suitable local areas)
