What you will be doing
- Organise and lead stimulating activities, games and outings that help people enjoy their time and build confidence
- Build genuine, positive relationships with the adults you support, their families and your colleagues
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including support with mobility, feeding and medication as required
- Support individuals to make choices about their own lives and help them develop independence
- Keep accurate records, report concerns promptly and work safely as part of a coordinated team
