What you will be doing
- Provide personal care to residents with compassion and respect for their dignity
- Carry out assigned care tasks under the direction of the Senior Care Assistant, learning from their experience
- Take a genuine interest in residents' lives and support them to enjoy activities and routines that matter to them
- Help with the day-to-day running of the home and domestic duties when time allows
- Work as part of a team to maintain a harmonious, helpful and friendly atmosphere throughout the home
