You're part of a small, tight team supporting adults in three separate flats, using positive behaviour support to help people build real independence and genuine inclusion in their local community. The young adults you support have autism, learning difficulties, and complex emotional and behavioural needs, and your job is to help them thrive, not just survive. What you will be doing
- Deliver day-to-day care, support and positive behaviour guidance to adults with autism, learning difficulties and complex emotional and behavioural needs across three supported living flats
- Promote independence and inclusion by supporting residents to engage safely and meaningfully with their local community
- Work flexibly across the rota: early shifts (07:50-15:50), late shifts (15:30-22:30), and occasional sleep-in work, split across five days a week
- Communicate openly and honestly with your team, maintaining high standards of planning, respect and person-centred practice
- Undertake the full range of support tasks outlined in the role, working well both as part of a team and independently when required

- You're someone who can plan, prioritise and work thoughtfully with people who need high levels of support and genuine advocacy
