What you will be doing
- Transport and escort young people to school and activities, using that travel time to build trust and understanding one-on-one
- Attend regular training and development sessions at the office, covering safeguarding, practice updates and professional growth
- Supervise young people during evenings and activities, creating safe, engaging spaces where they can relax and be themselves
- Complete handovers with the manager or colleague at shift changes, and handle daily paperwork to keep records current
- Debrief with your team about how the day has gone, reflecting on what worked and what the young people need next
