What you will be doing
- Day-to-day support and routine for the people in the service, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives
- Teach and encourage life skills like budgeting, paying bills and shopping, meeting people where they are and building their confidence
- Support personal care and domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking, always prompting independence rather than just doing it for them
- Accompany people to routine appointments, administer medication, and provide both physical and emotional support through the day
- Spot and nurture personal interests and hobbies, helping people develop skills and connections that matter to them
