What you will be doing
- Provide personal care support with washing, dressing and personal hygiene, always treating residents with dignity and respect
- Support residents during meals - helping with eating and drinking at their own pace, making mealtimes social and enjoyable
- Complete daily care plans accurately so everyone on the team knows how best to support each person
- Help residents stay mobile and active, whether that's a walk in the garden, assisting to the lounge, or getting ready for a dance class
