What you will be doing
- Provide personal care support with washing, dressing and grooming, respecting dignity and individual preferences at every step
- Support residents with meals, eating and drinking, adapting your approach to their needs and abilities
- Complete daily care plans accurately and thoroughly, recording how each resident is doing and what they need
- Assist with mobility and movement, helping residents stay active and independent within their capabilities
