Most care jobs feel like you're just going through the motions, understaffed and undervalued. This isn't one of them. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to be part of a warm, welcoming team where your compassion actually changes people's lives every single shift
Picture this: you arrive at a spacious, comfortable home where residents know you care. You're not rushing from task to task. You're helping someone get ready for the day, sharing a meal with them, supporting their dignity and independence. That's the rhythm here. Person-centred care isn't a buzzword - it's how this place actually works
You'll join a team that invests in you. Training and self-development aren't afterthoughts. The home actively builds people up, and you'll see colleagues grow into roles they never thought possible. You'll have the support, the environment, and the encouragement to develop real skills in care
Whether you're starting your care career or coming back to it, experience isn't the barrier. What matters is that you share the values: responsiveness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to creating a healthy, safe, friendly environment. That's it. That's the door that opens
What you will be doing
- Provide personal care support - assisting residents with washing, dressing and all aspects of daily living with patience and respect
- Support residents at mealtimes, helping with eating and drinking in a way that preserves their independence and dignity
- Complete daily care plans that capture each resident's individual needs and progress
- Assist with mobility and movement, using safe techniques and always prioritising the resident's comfort and safety
Why you will love working here
- £13.32 per hour, plus ESAS salary advance so you're never caught short between pay days
- Genuine professional development - training that helps you grow, not just tick boxes
- Employee Assistance Programme, Employee of the Month recognition, long service awards and a Blue Light Card
- A warm, welcoming environment where you're part of a team that genuinely values you, with Stream Workforce support behind you
- The chance to refer friends and get rewarded - build your own team around you
Is this you?
- Are you drawn to care because you genuinely want to help people feel valued and supported?
- Can you be responsive to individual needs and show real compassion, even when the day is busy?
- Are you ready to work within a team that's committed to person-centred care?
- Do you want to work somewhere that actually invests in your training and development?
- Are you eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship?
