Most care jobs feel like you're just going through the motions, squeezed between rotas and paperwork, rarely seeing the real difference you're making. This one is different: you'll be part of a close-knit team in a serene setting designed around genuine warmth and comfort, where your compassion directly shapes someone's daily life and where the home invests seriously in your growth

Imagine walking into work and knowing that today you're not just ticking boxes - you're helping someone feel dignified, safe and valued. You'll support residents with personal care, help with meals, assist with mobility, and complete care plans that genuinely reflect who they are as individuals. Every shift is an opportunity to build real relationships and see the tangible impact of showing up with patience and kindness

The physical space itself helps. This isn't a clinical facility tucked away and forgotten. There's a general store, a tea room, a salon, a landscaped garden, live music sessions. You'll work in an environment where residents thrive because they're surrounded by warmth and activity. Your role isn't just about care - it's about helping people feel at home

The team here takes development seriously. You don't need prior experience; what matters is that you share the values of compassion and person-centred care. They'll support your professional development and encourage every team member to grow. You'll be part of a culture where training and self-development are genuine priorities, not afterthoughts
