What you will be doing
- Create and maintain a secure, stable, supportive environment that respects and promotes each young person's health, culture, religion, race and identity
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all the young people in your care, staying alert and acting responsibly in everything you do
- Work alongside social workers, parents and other staff to assess needs and help design and implement individualised support plans for each young person
- Follow all policies and procedures rigorously, ensuring the home remains safe, secure and healthy at all times
