What you will be doing
- Deliver personal care with dignity: assisting residents with washing, dressing and all the small details that make people feel looked after and respected
- Support residents at mealtimes - helping with eating and drinking, making sure everyone's comfortable and nourished, and turning meals into moments of connection
- Complete daily care plans accurately so the whole team knows how each resident is doing and what they need tomorrow
- Support residents with mobility safely and patiently, helping them stay as active and independent as they can be
