What you will be doing
- Provide personal care including assisting residents with washing and dressing, treating each person with dignity and respect
- Support residents with meals by helping with eating and drinking, making mealtimes calm and enjoyable
- Complete daily care plans accurately so everyone on the team knows how to support each resident best
- Assist with mobility safely, helping residents move around the home and out into the community
