What you will be doing
- Provide personal care support with washing, dressing and personal hygiene, tailored to each resident's needs and preferences
- Support residents with meals, helping with eating and drinking at a pace that suits them, never rushing
- Complete daily care plans that capture each resident's wellbeing and any changes you've noticed
- Assist with mobility and movement in a safe, dignified way that preserves independence wherever possible
